What We Do

We are a small team of dedicated individuals who are here to help.  We support people with mild to moderate mental health concerns (depression, anxiety and stress for example).  We offer companionship, a safe place to be with others who are overcoming their own personal challenges, comfort and support.  We have vast experience in the field of mental health and can help you on your journey back to wellbeing.  We provide therapeutic activities, arts and crafts, occasional outings and more.


We also support people who are lonely, they may have been bereaved or their families are not close.  It can be a big step joining a new group.  If you would like to attend a session but feel nervous, please contact us first and someone will call you to make you feel welcome and we will ensure a warm welcome to you on your first visit.
